Scholarship policy for First Degree students admitted through BITSAT-2025
A large number of scholarships, fellowships and other financial assistance are available to the students of the Institute such as Institute’s own merit or merit-cum-need awards for students. About 30% of the students receive some form of financial assistance or other even before admissions. For continuance of scholarships, scholarship holders are required to maintain good scholastic standing and good conduct.
Institute’s own merit or merit-cum-need awards for students:
a) For FD students: Every year about 25% of students admitted to First Degree Programmes get semester tuition fee waivers in the range between 10% to 100% in the form of either merit or merit-cum need scholarships as tabulated below:
